Celebrity Apprentice Blog : "Editing the Humor"
Maria Writes,

"Really guys really, I have to say that the men’s team is a bit disappointing. I thought that they would have a bit more organization and fire in them but it seems the only fire they have is toward each other. Watching them reminds me of… hmmm… a certain show, “Looney Tunes.” Sinbad reminds me of Daffy Duck, because he’s always looking for the last laugh. Darryl Strawberry would be Bugs Bunny because he’s tall, confident, a bit lazy and very popular. Rod was Elmer Fudd; shooting himself in the foot because he didn’t know how to use his own gun. Curtis is Foghorn Leghorn; just compare the hair and the COCKiness. Michael Johnson is the Road Runner: he gets to the point fast. Bret is Pepe’ Le Pew because he stinks at getting the ladies but he eventually wears them down. Bret “Le Pew” sounds something like, “This is my little love bundle. Now, she is seeking for us a trusting place. Touching, is it not? Come, my little peanut of brittle. I will help you. Wait for me. Wait.” And Goldberg is, well, Yosemite Sam, although in the cartoon Sam never had as many muscles as Goldberg, but the two are just as cranky, loud, like to dress up, (“Mutiny on the Bunny,” Yosemite Sam played a pirate) and have very well-groomed facial hair. The men are driving me “Looney” and we aren’t even done yet! Speaking of “Tunes” does anyone really miss Cyndi and her tunes in this episode? I do. Speaking of tunes, my EP: “Sevin Sins” comes out on April 13th on iTunes… ha, ha cheap plug…. but seriously, I am excited about it. Read Full Story...

The Apprentice : Episode 05 Recap!

Mr. Trump announced that the week’s challenge was to create two commercials for the brand new Right Guard Defense deodorant. Holly was Tenacity’s project manager while Curtis was Rocksolid’s project manager. Before the teams left to begin the challenge, Mr. Trump let everyone know that Sharon was still sick while Cyndi was going to Washington DC to meet with the President, leaving both of them out of this week’s challenge. He also allowed each cast member to shoot the basketball. Whoever got the basketball in the net got $10,000 donated to their project manager’s charity. Everyone missed except for Maria, causing $10,000 to be donated to Holly’s charity for autistic children. Both teams went into the challenge with ideas right off the bat. Maria was sent with Summer to get props for the shoot while Holly and Selita worked back in the studio. Everything was running smoothly for Tenacity with minor flaws. Towards the end of the task, Holly put Maria in charge of making sure the audio was correct. There was a problem with the audio, causing Holly to get irritated with Maria and blaming the problem on her. Before the boardroom meeting, Michael Johnson met with Mr. Trump and told him he had to withdraw from the competition because of personal problems back at home. In the board room, Mr. Trump reviewed both team’s commercials and declared Rocksolid the winners. When Mr. Trump asked Tenacity who the weak links were, Maria said Selita while Holly continued to blame Maria for the audio problems despite Maria asking the other teammates to review the audio during the initial evaluation. Mr. Trump put Maria, Holly, and Selita up for elimination with Selita getting the boot because he felt she did not have the same drive and motivation to compete like Maria and Holly did.

Celebrity Apprentice Blog : "Harry Potter and Mr. Trump’s Apprentices"
Maria Writes,
I have to say that I am jealous of Summer because she will be getting more money for her charity through Norton and LifeLock! If you buy a Norton and LifeLock product, they will make a donation to Right To Play for every product sold. How cool is that?

Life has a funny way of reminding us what is important. Humanity above all religion, government and family is what binds us. We have to protect each other, educate the uneducated, feed the hungry, accept the differences and have hope for a brighter future. There will always be problems. But you can make peace with this by believing that there will always be solutions as long as people are willing to search and work hard for them. We all must care about our humanity. Whether our differences are big or small on The Celebrity Apprentice we are all fighting for humanity.
